Service and breakfast are 5 but I have slight reservations about cleanliness.

Nice room with harbor view, good restaurant, prices are acceptable, very good breakfast with a large selection. The price for the night is in the middle segment Was there on business, will definitely be back.

Very, very tasty food, nice service. If we are on vacation again we will definitely come. Best restaurant in the entire holiday week.

Burger had to go back two times before it was served as requested. Other burgers only had sauce in the middle of the bread. The emphasis here was simply on quantity. Unfortunately, the cocktail only tasted like alcohol. For the price an absolute outrage

Cute, pleasant hotel. You can feel comfortable there. The staff were friendly, the room and bathroom clean and pleasantly furnished. The only thing that I found inconvenient was that in my room (at the top and in the back) the WiFi was no longer available. Reported it to the reception. All in all great, I would love to come back!

Was a big fan of the ribs there. Unfortunately, I really can't recommend it anymore. Meat that is too dry and tender is also something else 😑 A shame.

Food tastes like it has been pre-cooked, packaged and frozen several times. Vegetarian dishes are also more questionable than tasty. The only things that seemed fresh to me were the freshly cut side dishes and the freshly fried French fries. Therefore also the tastiest of all dishes. Has been disappointed several times. Apparently the place is only good for cocktails.

Bad quality food, lots of Tk and ready-made products. Also very loud, not a good atmosphere. The stars are there for the staff, nice and hard-working, but not learned, and the braufactum. But you don't have to have it, it's much better ...

Stylish hotel with a good restaurant for American cuisine and more, plus free parking spaces in a top location. Located directly at the harbor, you can easily walk to the old town and sights. If it hadn't been quite loud until late at night, I would have given the 5th star as well.

Nice hotel in an ideal location, very large room, good breakfast, maybe a bit noisy at night because of the restaurant under the window. A shame: unfortunately no refrigerator in the room. Price-performance overall top - in a UNESCO World Heritage city in the high season in such a location: At the harbor, wonderful view, everything can be reached in a few minutes. Recommendable. But Wismar is also a really beautiful city!

Delicious cocktails, but yesterday evening we were approached by the somewhat grumpy waitress when we asked at 8.45 p.m. whether you could sit on the terrace at one of the free tables ... we just wanted to have a drink ... and got something brisk answer .... only where there is set ... and from 10 p.m. it's over in the open anyway (would have been more than 1 hour) Too bad, especially in Corona times you would be happy to sit outside. What a shame. There is still great potential here to be a little friendlier and more flexible.

Regardless of the fact that one cannot speak of a pleasant atmosphere, the behavior of the staff towards potential guests is the bottom drawer. Friendliness is an absolute foreign word. If someone wants to enjoy a nice evening with good service, this is simply wrong.

Unfortunately I have to say that I cannot understand the many positive reviews. The staff is rude and overwhelmed. It takes far too long to have something on the table. 40 minutes for drinks! The atmosphere is terrible. The restaurant spoiled our evening and the joy of the beautiful place Wismar. Never again.

The hotel itself is nicely located, you are in the city and at the harbor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in my bathroom left a lot to be desired. After consulting the lady at the front desk, it should be removed today. Shouldn't have been done. The lack of hygiene was still there. Unfortunately. The ambience is good. What a shame

Good hotel. Restaurant and bistro is also in the house. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is very close to the port and old town. You can recommend this hotel.

The restaurant is suitably furnished, the menu promises good food. Operation is nice but not coordinated. Criticism does not go well or is ignored. We really expected much more, both in terms of food and service. Receipts are only available on request, I don't have to have any errors on the part of the waitress as a guest.

The most delicious BBQ in the town! I recomend the mozzarella stick's for starter! Very good burgers but I think you need to put more salt on your beef guys,but in general the place is very friendly and the personal also.

New Orleans' rib creations are unbeatable. Simply great. The cocktails are great too. In addition to the standard cocktails, there are also great original creations that convince in taste and appearance. The staff is very careful and friendly and quickly creates a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Keep it up!

The restaurant has a great ambience. The dishes are delicious and the value for money is balanced. I would like to come back for dinner.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere with delicious food. Perfect for sitting outside in the summer and drinking a beer. I didn't stay at the hotel but the bar gets 5 stars from me.
